Ab 1.März 2017 gilt die Biozidverordnung für Waren, die mit Biozidprodukten behandelt sind

Ab dem 1. März 2017 wird es nicht mehr möglich sein Waren, die mit einem Biozid-Produkt behandelt sind, in Europe zu vermarkten, wenn der darin enthaltene Wirkstoff, noch nicht genehmigt ist bzw. sich derzeit nicht im Genehmigungsprozess befindet. Bis zum 1. September 2016 können noch Wirkstoffdossiers eingereicht werden, um mit dem Wirkstoff behandelte Waren weiter zu vermarkten. Dabei müssen die für den Wirkstoff relevanten Produktarten angegeben werden.
