Das 9.ATP der CLP-Verordnung tritt am 1.März 2018 in Kraft

Am 19. Juli 2016 wurde die Verordnung  2016/1179 im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union (L195) veröffentlicht. Diese Verordnung ist bekannt als ATP 9 und aktualisiert die Verordnung 1272/2008 (CLP).

Diese Verordnung aktualisiert Anhang VI der Verordnung 1272/2008 durch die Aktualisierung von 22 Stoffen die bereits unter Anhang VI gelistet sind. Des Weiteren wurden 26 neue harmonisierte Stoffe diesem Anhang hinzugefügt.

Das ATP 9 tritt am 1. März 2018 in Kraft. Unternehmen können es bereits auf freiwilliger Basis anwenden.
