GHS / CLP
The CLP Regulation EG 1272/2008 (pdf file) became applicable at January 20, 2010 and displaces the previous regulation of Classification, Labelling and Packaging (Directive 67/548/EWG für Stoffe und 1999/45/EG für Gemische / Zubereitungen).
Substances, which were introduced before December 1, 2010 have to be classified and labelled according to GHS/CLP Regulation till December1, 2012; the deadline for mixtures and preparations is June 1, 2015 respectivly June 1, 2017 (relevant for mixtures and preparations which were introduced before June 1, 2015)

We take over tasks like:
- Classification and Labelling of your substances and preparations according to CLP and 67/548/EWG resp. 1999/45/EG
- reporting of Classification and Labelling to ECHA according to Art. 40 CLP
- consent of Classification and Labelling with other applicants or registrants
- filing the application for the use of an alternative chemical terms
- the official notification of the Federal Institute for Risk Assessment (Bundesinstitut für Risikobewertung) BfR according to Art. 45 CLP and §16e ChemG
